Mental Health Counseling Financial Aid

In addition to university-based financial aid programs, there may be graduate assistantships available for students in the EPLS department or other departments at Florida State.

Assistantships:

After being admitted to the degree program, students contact Dr. Georgios Lampropoulos in order to learn about procedures for acquiring an assistantship. First year students are discouraged from taking on a strenuous work schedule, as the course load during this first year is considered challenging. Typically, more assistantships are available for 2nd year students. Opportunities may take the form of teaching, research or graduate assistantships.

Scholarships:

Scholarship programs are available through the University’s Graduate School and the College of Education http://www.coe.fsu.edu/finaid.
