Susan Miller is an assistant professor of rehabilitation counseling in the Department of Childhood Education, Reading, and Disability Services, College of Education, at Florida State University. She received her Ph.D. from the University of Wisconsin - Madison in 2005. Dr. Miller has very diverse experience providing rehabilitation counseling services to individuals with disabilities, including spending one year developing a supported employment/vocational rehabilitation agency in Motherwell, Scotland. Her research interests include psychosocial aspects of disability, including quality of life and attitudes toward people with disabilities, the use of technology in rehabilitation counseling, and evidence-based rehabilitation counseling practice.
